The East Metro District looks fairly small in comparison to the other Districts, but the East Metro District contains one of the 2 highest levels of population.  The East Metro District is home to Minnesota's' Capitol City, St. Paul.  The East Metro District is bordered along the East by Wisconsin, the South by the Rochester District, the West by Minneapolis District and the North by the Duluth District.
