Saluting Corporal Ted Foss, SP27

On Thursday, the 31st of August, 2000 at about 2:20pm, Corporal Ted Foss was killed while on a traffic stop along I-90 near Lewiston MN.  Corporal Foss had stopped a mini-van for a speeding violation and was talking with the occupants when a semi-truck veered off of the roadway, striking Ted's squad along with the mini-van and Ted.  Corporal Foss was dead at the scene.
