Trp Mark Holm 
Promoted to Lieutenant

Mark Holm was promoted to the rank of lieutenant on Sept. 21, 2005 by Lt. Col. Kevin Daly. Mark is a 17 year veteran with the State Patrol and is currently assigned to the Rochester District. Mark's two sons pinned on the lieutenant bars and his wife pinned on his badge. Mark was congratulated by friends, family, station partners and SRT team members. Mark was one of the first snipers on the SRT team and was presented a framed print in dedication of his honor and commitment to the team.
